    Ridiculously slow internet service. The worst I have encountered. Very expensive and not worth it. Likewise satallite service is unreliable. Often down and not much worthwhile unless you add packages. Land line service is okay, but expensive when compared to a cell phone. Really disappointed in Bell. Tried calling and placed on hold for extended periods every time.

    Bell has no servi...

    Bell has no service,long wait times in waiting to speak to someone, Bell should train staff to be friendly!!! Switching to Cogeco, less expensive same service.

    Brutal Upload/Dow...

    Brutal Upload/Download Speed at almost all times of the day. Averages 1.5mbps for download and 0.6Mbps for Upload. I've had multiple technicians come in to try and fix this as well as other problems; Service was good but never got the problem solved. Switching to Shaw Now

    Stay away bell. T...

    Stay away bell. They were supposed to send a technician for a installation. They asked me to stay home between 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday. I waited all dag and they never showed. I called them again and rescheduled and emphasized that a technician was needed for the install because my lines had been disconnected. They insisted that the modem would work by itself and mailed a modem out. After a few days, I received the modem and of course it did not work. I called them again and they said they'll send a technicIan and that the tech would call me before arriving. I waited all day and no one called. Still no Internet. I called them back and they said the technicIan forgot the key to the phone room. I rescheduled for an evening again. I waited all night and still nothing. I called them back and they said that the tech had shown up and couldn't get into the phone room. I asked for a manager. The manager yelled at me and said that I have to be patient and "wait". At this point, I had paid for the service and did not have a connection for a week. They rescheduled again. I doubt they'll fix it this time. Their tech support seems to be outsourced to a third country. There is always a language barrier and disconnect with the local techs. The kingston Bell techs seem to also be utterly incompetent and don't seem to care about the customer at all. I'm still waiting for service. The moral of the story. STAY AWAY FROM BELL!!

    Bell Internet Hub for rural users

    We have been unhappy with this product almost from the beginning. We have both internet and phone through the hub. We are within viewing distance of the tower. Service is sporatic and we regularly have to reboot as it cuts out sometimes 5 -6 times daily. Unless you try to call out you or try to access the internet you are not aware that service is not available. We went away and there was no phone service to the house the entir time we were away therefore no recorded messages or record of calls. We had to pay to have the land line disconnected and again to have the hub setup. We lost our phone directory listing as the home phone number is now a cell phone if we want a listing we must pay. We have spent hours on the phone trying to get info on billings which were not received or were not available on billing page and usage info. The packages offered by bell do not meet our needs for home or office use with out going into overage and bills for internet use are running $350 -$500 per month. We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bowmanville and do not have access to high speed. Bell has been kind enough to offer us an apology.

    This has to be the worst company on the planet.

    They phone every hour all day. I tell them the person they want to speak to is not here during the day, they phone again an hour later. They won't tell me what it's about, they won't leave a number, they just keep calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling. I don't need their services this badly, I quit.
