Have been trying ...

Have been trying to get some warranty work done on my furnace that they worked on less than 2 months ago. The tech was rude, gave me 3 separate times he would show and never did. He didn't even bother calling to say he wouldn't be showing up. He never returned calls and when my wife finally got ahold of the tech he was rude and hung up on the phone on her. Think I would rather sit in the cold with a candle than ever have these "professionals" ever enter my house again!

Poor customer service

Came to do basement development work. Did not complete the work as quoted. Had to call back the business to come back and finish the job properly. Complained about the technician using duct tape on heating ducts - (the glue will dry out and the tape will fall off). When he came back to finish the job he used foil tape for the joints, but used my roll of foil tape. I called the owner to complain and he did not return my call.
