Sand-All Hardwood Floors

The job was completed in two days and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Our 100 year old floors are stunning now! We had a positive experience with Sand-All. Michael returned all calls quickly and answered all questions. He also called the night before to confirm. Our floor looks great! It did need a second coat to address some imperfections but Michael took our concerns seriously and addressed them quickly and followed up to ensure that we were happy.

It took Sand all floors three tries to get it right, but hardwoods still look awful and we are not happy. They got our money tried to spot fix the floors with no luck. It is not the deep scratches that have us upset, we knew they were bad. Its the bubbles, hair and sweat drops in the floor that make giving this comany our money for a horrible job, so maddening. Dont hire this company.
