Work done on my chimney completed satisfactorily .. as far as I can tell. The bottom half wasn���t touched. Not sure why. Kinda have to trust you picked a reputable company I guess. The crew left a lot of the mortar dust in my eavestrouphing and as a result my downspout was clogged without my knowledge until I noticed after a few days of rain. When I notified the owner I got a petty email in reply. Guess the lesson is don���t expect a high degree of professionalism if you have a complaint.
