Superior Propane 24 Hr Dispatch

They will tell you one price on the phone and when you get the bill, it will always be more. I have been with Superior for over 13 years and have had nothing but problems. Terrible customer service if you are lucky enough to get someone on the line, price gouging, late deliveries, bad service techs. I found another company that delivers at almost half the price and cancelled my account a month ago; still waiting for them to remove the tank!!!

Very bad company price gouging is very common stay away. Currant rate should be .49 and they quoted me .84 plus.

Wanted to get the tanks removed. I have 3 and they wanted the 249.00 per tank + fees - over 1200.00 to get out of the contract which I cant afford to do. Reading reviews I see everyone else has had the same problems.

Called 3 times over 8 hours on sunday and just received excuses from call centre staff. Best bet is to try another company in Nanaimo.

If there was rating lower than one star, Superior Propane should receive it. They overcharge, introduce extra charges whenever they can, ie: has mat, delivery, extra inspection charges, penalties for high and for low usage, remote meter reading, charges for removing old tanks, charges for extra shut offs, even charges for asking them to not service you. You simply can not trust Superior Propane. BEWARE!

Nothing but horri...

Nothing but horrible service. We have ran out of propane on multiple occasions even though we were on automatic refill. When we would call to advise them we were almost out and didn't understand why since on automatic refill they would just say they'd be there in a couple days. Prices are very high compared to other companies as well. When I called them to discontinue service they tried to charge us a 240.00 pick up fee. Would not recommend this company to anyone
