I ordered the Premium Teleflora's Exoctic Grace arrangement for my aunt on the death of her friend. The flowers that showed up at her house were not even close to the picture that was on the website. I called to ask why and the only reason I was given was that the website states that substitutions may be made. The bamboo was missing, the bamboo container was missing, the large galax leaves were missing and the colours weren't even the same. Don't expect to get the flowers you see on line.
