Dr Loewen has had my back for years. It’s about the doctors not the front end staff

The front end staff are so rude, I dont know how they keep their jobs. This used to be a good practice, and its gone to crap. People deserve better treatment, find a quality clinic if you can.

Although I love my family doctor, gateway clinic is very unprofessional in my opinion. They were very iindecrete in that the counter staff loudly broadcast my personal information to everyone in the sitting area. I felt embarassed and violated so much so I have not gone back to see my doctor since.
