    Long time customer, always very satisfied!

    My family and I have been going to Jim's for over 12yrs now. There are a few other pizza places in the area we like, but Jim's is always the most generous with the cheese and toppings. We really like the dough and sauce they use, for us it is just the perfect combo. This site does not give the option to give half stars, so I gave 5 just because we are long time customers, but I would have given 4.5 because if you order for delivery on a Friday or Saturday night you can expect to have a bit of a wait. They seem to get busy and do not have enough delivery drivers.

    Blown away - Not in a good way

    I have ordered from Jim's a couple times, and have not had a great experience either time. Last night I ordered a "Family Deal". The order showed up in approximately the time they said it would, but they forgot half of it. We had ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 lasagnas. They never made the lasagnas and one of the pizzas was completely stuck to the pizza box (as it had been crushed). During the phone call to the pizzaria, we were offered our lasagnas, and at a 'discount'... I then did some mental math and noticed that they had charged us a delivery fee. Their flyer only says that prices are before taxes and there is no mention of a delivery fee anywhere (a fee which they were going to apply again to get our lasagnas to us). When I asked the guy on the phone about the delivery fee and why it wasn't mentioned, his response was "it doesn't say that there isn't a delivery fee". That was completely asinine. By the way Jim's Pizzaria... right on your pizza boxes, in bold letters, it says "Free Delivery". I will never deal with them again, no matter how average the food is.
