The best spa so far I been too,staff to therapist , wonderful time

I had a manicure and pedicure at this spa. Although I have had many manis and pedis at many different places over the years, I have never had such a terrible experience as I had at this spa. The manicure was so bad, the polish had to be removed. The pedicure consisted of sitting in a wooden chair with some padding. My feet sat in a tray of water that turned cold. Cuticles and dry skin not trimmed. Polish put and left on skin around nails. Customer service after all this was terrible as well.
