Pioneer Motors

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely poor customer service. On Sept 14, 2022, I got into a car accident in Agassiz and only the front left side had damage on it. Pioneer motors were called in to tow the vehicle by the police(not my choice). The tow truck driver swept up all the debris from the accident including the road dirt and threw it all on the back seat and floor as he said it was a write-off, not caring that I might want the car back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I got into an accident in Agassiz last week. The police office called pioneer towing (not my choice) to pick up the car as it was not drivable. There was broken glass and debris on the road including dirt that accumulated on the road. The tow truck driver swept up all the debris and tossed it on the back seat and floor. I'm actually keeping the car and getting it towed back to me. I appreciate that the tow truck driver was so careful with my car.

We discovered this great business right after moving here 7 years ago. We have had a truck and a car that have needed oil changes and servicing over the years. Prompt, efficient and HONEST are highlights! Today I picked up the truck due to an unusual noise in the front end. Could have been anything. Don, the owner explained that when they had it on the hoist, they found a loose bolt that they tightened. No charge! That kind of trustworthy service is pure gold! HUGE THANKS!
