Blue Star Moving and Deliveries

BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE BLUE STAR MOVING. They ruined our 60 Inch 4K Smart TV and refused to replace or pay for it. They are extremely unprofessional and only accept cash which clearly shows they dont pay taxes and are a Mickey Mouse Company. We politely contacted them and they refused to take responsibility or try to resolve the issue!

Booked weeks in advance. Confirmed several times. Did not even show up on the day of moving. Never answered the phones.

Do not waste your time on them. They wont show up ever! I waited for 3 hours straight, called several times, texted (which were read BTW) and got no reply from this person! Total waste of time!

Do not hire!!! I booked them months in advance. Reminded them a few days before. They never showed up and would not return my calls. Waste of time.

Worst moving company in B.C, booked well in advanced and they never showed up at the expected time, called to see what was going on and was told they were running hours behind and would call when they have a better ETA. HOURS go by no call. Called Rav back and was told that they can't do it today and would do it tomorrow morning. decided to give benefit of the doubt. Next day comes and once again no show. AVOID at all cost. so many better movers out there.

Booked and they never showed up. Ridiculous.
