    We hired this company as a friend had suggested in using them. I am so happy that we went with the recommendation! The level of care and attention to detail was to a very high standard - thank you!!

    Never Use These Movers

    Action Movers dropped the ball from the very begining of my move! First off they arrived late with the wrong size truck. Which then doubled my moving time and cost me more money because they had to make two trips. The movers they sent were very inexperienced and disorganized as they had no idea how to appropriately pack a moving truck which led to four pieces of furniture getting damaged. When i attempted to allow Action Movers to fix the issues they repeatedly booked appointments to come view the damage and never once showed up for these appointments. The situation has never been resolved and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Thank you for your review. Only now, did we notice this review, and want to address it. our employees work full-time for us, and go thru a 2 week training program. Unfortunately, the size of your truck is based on the information you give the booking agent and we determine what truck to send. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that you encountered, and since 2010, we have grown to be part of the Canadian Movers Association and A rating with the BBB.
