    Ordered a stainle...

    Ordered a stainless steel prep table with backsplash. Waited for 3weeks, it was supposed to be less than 2weeks (not a huge deal). 3 weeks later went all the way from Richmond where I live to their warehouse on Burnaby in rush hour get there, there was obvious damage to the lip of the table (dent the size of half a softball), they offered to take $40 off the close to $600 table or wait for another 3weeks for a replacement. Went home empty handed, could this be how you end up being treated?Karma

We offered three alternatives for your convenience and full refund was issued immediately. Small claims court found the provided solutions satisfactory and ruled against your claim as "Completely unreasonable claim".
