“I started in the business when I was 13, with the same company. Seventeen years later, in 2008, I bought the place from the owner and it’s been mine ever since,” Burnaby Hitch owner Louie says happily.

“It’s also a family business; my sister works here and so does my Dad. I’m the type of guy that wants to be involved in all aspects of my business – I’m actually with my guys in the shop doing the work. I’m side by side with my employees. I often feel like there’s not one individual in this company; we work as a team. And all of us feel like family.”
