    Celltronics Technology bad service

    I bought a phone from Celltronics Technology with Premium Warranty. When it stop working properly they gave me the same model, which was by the time out of market, without box and any accessories, claiming that phone is new and functional. In 20 minute I figured out that phone has problems too. I came back right away and tried to return phone but they refused to accept it. It was mentioned in my exchange invoice that the phone with its particular tracking number can be returned within 1 day.

    Horrible experience

    I was using another cell phone with Wind for 1-2 years and was happy with the service but when I bought a new phone from Celltronics I noticed that after just 2 days of purchasing my cell phone I was dropping a lot of calls. When I brought it to the attention of Celltronics, the company said that I had used it for 30 minutes already and this problem had to be dealt with by the warranty centre (as per Wind mobility policy) After documenting numerous call drops, Wind would only reimbursed me $20 and could do nothing further with the repair efforts on my phone. I was basicly out the $500+ that I paid for the phone. Its been an ongoing problem for over 6 months now and both Celltronics and Wind will not take responsibility their product. Even though they reimbursed me $20 for dropped calls, they said they could find nothing wrong with the phone. Their best suggestion to me was to sell the unit on craigslist Be very Careful and read the fine print signed, unsatisfied customer
