    was ignored by staff upon arrival. Was there for 15 minutes while the woman puttered around the store. When I FINALLY got her attention, she agreed to help, only to abandon me to assist a customer who just walked through the door. I was not the only one ignored by this woman during my visit. Several fish tanks had decaying fish housed in them, other tanks were improperly labelled. Was hoping to shop local for my aquarium needs.. but will now be shopping in Courtenay or Nanaimo.
