Colonial Countertops

Building a big house with a developer. Came from out of town to see trades people. We called and asked this business to stay open for 10 extra minutes as we got there at 4:27pm when they were just closing. They asked everyone there if they wanted to stay and make a sale. They all said no, business must be booming to turn gone a customer home build contract like ours. We're going elsewhere.

I have never been treated so poorly by a company. My husband and I would be given conflicting information and then called a I would be called a liar. I am left with countertops that do not have the same shine. When presented with this issue I was told repeatedly they were dirty even after having been cleaned twice before they were inspected. So rude and manipulative.

I was very happy with the service and product I received. From the time I ordered it they measured cut and installed within two weeks. I would definitely deal with them again.

A friend who is a contractor fitted my kitchen work top purchased through them. They put an upstand on the end which was not ordered and then tried to blame us for the error. Being a craftsman he managed to get over it, but they bungled another order too so he stopped using them. As in stated by other disgruntled customers in other reviews, they refuse to admit to any mistakes and are basically intolerable to do business with

Colonial Countertops drilled the holes for the faucet and sink in the wrong location and they were not willing to take the responsibility to fix the mistake. The headache and cost of the repair was left to client.

Best selection, quality and care. Just had a rental of mine renovated and Colonial did a great job of all the new counter tops. They were on time, on budget and the quality of the job was great.

Buyer Beware

If there happens to be a problem with the Cambria quartz surface, it will never be Colonial's concern. Customer will be cut loose.
