This store is in no way a “Non Profit” store! Something is very off about it, from the moment you enter. I know people who donated quite valuable items, but never saw them displayed??? This needs to be investigated! Also, spotted a rat in the clothing section! When you want to make a complaint directly to the manager, you can’t, she is upstairs hiding away in her office!

Best prices and selection of merchandise of any thrift shop in Kelowna. The past couple of years have seen tremendous improvements. It used to look kind of dirty and cluttered but they’ve made a lot of modern changes. It’s behind the new RCMP station just off of Richter. I believe that it is totally non-profit and really helps people in need.

This place is awesome! I love shopping there because I can find one of a kind treasures. The staff and volunteers are very friendly and I feel great when I leave because I get to shop and help the community at the same time. It is not a regular retail store so dont go there expecting that. Its really unique and fun!

I bought a 2 seater couch for my daughter and was told by the young man (Don I think) that her LEATHER 2 seater recliner would be taken as a donation when said couch was delivered. The leather couch is in good condition - as it was when she bought it from Share about a year ago. The idea of buying the lovely fabric sofa niture was made beca we were PROMISED the leather one would be collected as a donation. Perhaps the men collecting it were unaware what leather furniture looks like as it ages.

Today I bought a toddler bed from Share. A young man was helping me. Until I made it to the till with him. The woman than proceeded to swear and belittle him not only in front of me but my 2 year old daughter. My heart is broken for him. He talked to me afterwards about how he felt and apologized on her behalf. I told him no one should treat him that way. I feel sick to my stomach. She needs to be fired. No one especially at work should EVER be abused in that way.
