Alouette Animal Hospital Dr Michael S Orser

My 5 yr old died from liver failure and one of the part time vets told me it was my fault and that I must have some anti-freeze hanging around that he got into. I am sad enough that my beautiful guy had to stay in the hospital for a weekend and then died anyway!

This vet is horrible and almost killed my dog. The girls upfront are heartless and the manager said I almost killed my dog by letting him ingest whatever it was he ate. Do not go here!

I have always received fantastic service from this clinic. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And today was no exception. We had our special needs, senior dog put to sleep tonight and the service was just so good I felt like I needed to share my experience. Every aspect of the appointment was exceptional. By far the best vet I have ever been too. I've had my cat 14 years and My cat has never liked any vets but he loves Nicole.We went there a few years ago and have never gone anywhere else, until a few months ago when we had to move up to fort. And now I truly am at a loss.she is the best veterinarian you will ever meet. Very caring, kind and good at what she does.
