The Vacuum Shop

So i walk into the vacuum shop looking to replace a part that disconnects the vaccum wand from the motor head, i ask a lady who works there about this and she proceeds not to tell me but yell at me that my vaccum is old and a piece of crap and i will never find a part for it. I was taken back at how she reacted to my quarry about the part and a bit put off on how she redacted, i proceed to ask her not to yell at me and ask her to calm down in her approach, but she yells louder. Never going back!

Exceeded my expectations

I usually do not like to write reviews, but this guy exceeded my expectations. My Beam central vac motor was gone after 2 years that I have been in this place and I decided to go for the Nilfisk central vac. It is a quiet, bagged system as that is what I wanted. It was installed the same day and he did a clean job after the previous guy had glued the pipes. The guy knew what he was doing and I am very pleased as he also got my garage outlet working. Honest, prompt and reasonable prices

Bob was very honest and he repaired my vacuum without selling me a new one. I also called him and bought a Central Vacuum (Nilfisk) and the power is much more than the Beam I had. I recommend all to go there.

I was blown up with the price and service I received at this store. I compared 8 stores and this store has the best price. I bought a built-in and a canister. Definately, the guy knows what he is talking and very courteous!!!

Amazing service at great prices

I was very pleased with the service and attention I received when I was deciding to purchase a new built-in vacuum for my new home. Bob demonstrated various models and explained the benefits of each machine pertaining to my needs. It is a one stop place for all your vacuum bags, accessories etc. I have now referred my family and friends who have also taken their vacuums to be serviced or repaired and they too have been blown away with the excellent , prompt service, honesty and superior working condition (more power, suction) when their vacuums are returned
