    Excellent customer service by Chris at this Best Buy location! He went above and beyond to help us with a phone issue. Due to his amazing customer service, I would highly recommend this Best Buy to anyone! Thank you so much Chris!

    Waste of time. Unfriendly and didnt ask for personal details even though I was covered by membership through buying appliances. Offhand and just quoted a ridiculously large price for an examination of a PC.
