We have had a glass washer that has been in for service many times, because of our hard water. The last time, my question was, is it repairable? Answer- no. Then they billed me for $120 for telling me NO!!! Really! This is the response from the owner when I asked why "I you so object to the invoice for abused equipment in poor condition than do not pay the bill. This unit will need to be picked up by noon on Friday February 9th, or it will be put on the road as the garbage it has become.
