Hi Taylor, we had signed a lease agreement which you broke before your term end. Although we did re-rent the unit before term end, it was not for the full balance of the term. Therefore, the bill that you received should be honoured as per your contract. Through our efforts we were able to re-rent the unit prior to your term end. As for your claims of unsatisfactory living conditions, the unit was fully updated before you moved in with such things as new carpet, electrical and paint. At no time during your short stay did you express to the on-site property managers any dissatisfaction or issues. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.
