Richard and his team came to my aid in Jan 2018, when my basement garage was flooded. He responded to my SOS right away and analysed my situation. Work began early spring , digging additional trenches putting in drainage where there were problems and he problem solved by methods that were workable .His crew was remarkable ! Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.

Infinite Granite did our kitchen over 3 years ago. The process from sale to install was excellent. We were extremely pleased. Now after 3 years our sink became detached. I was a little concerned if they would warranty their work after so long. Sent them an email in the morning, Steve arrived in the afternoon and re-installed the sink. Unbelievable service. If you are looking for granite counter-tops, do yourself a favor and go to Infinite Granite.

Larry arrived promptly when we thought we had an emergency. We had figured out, by the time arrived, that we didn't and he very nicely offered to let us continue with the installation of a cut off valve under the sink and not charge us for the visit. We opted to have him do the work and were very pleasantly surprised with the cost. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.
