Dr George Yearsley

I found that Doctor Yearsly was very professional and explained what he was doing through my procedure, which helped me feel at ease. He had music playing and sang which also made me feel more comfortable.

Dr Yearsley is wonderful, a great doctor but trying to get a follow up appointment is met with much resistance from the office staff. 3 months after my operation on Dec 19, I was told I needed a new referral(my reason for appointment is related to the results of the cataract surgery) and after they had the referral for almost 3 weeks they still had not set up an appointment. I called the office May 5 and got an appointment for June 1��� I am having great difficulty but they do not care.

He carefully explains all the options at pre-op consultations and actually tells you what he is doing all through the operation and he does not make it sound like he has said the same thing over and over many times before. Results are fantastic

so, 5 years ago a rude comment was made by a staff member, big deal...this is an incredibly busy office for a reason -- they are outstanding! both the staff and the doctors are meticulous and thoughtful.

Dr.Yeasley was fine but agree with comment below about secretary. She was absolutely rude to me when I tried to reschedule an appt.I have actually never had anyone treat me so poorly on the phone till then. I would definitely not want to talk to her again.

Very competent eye specialist, certainly does not deserve a poor review based on how a secretary interacted with a customer!

The secretary staff are stuck up and rude! They have raised their voice at me, and made me feel horrible for being a single working mom that couldn't just leave work to bring my son in , oh then she went on to say well if he gets worse because of you you'll have to just take him to the ER then she hung up on me. R U D E!!
