Uptown Nails

I received a horrible service very impolite, aggressively treated . Typical nail place no class very greedy and rude owners. Very expensive and poor work quality. I will not recommend this place. If I had a choice I will not even give one star .

They are always able to fit me in. The salon is clean, and they take care in what they do.

Shoddy Work & No Customer Service!!

I went in to get my nails Shellaced. It cost me $45 + tax without a manicure!! A little over priced I thought, but the convenience of it being by my house was worth it. Shellac is supposed to last 3 weeks, and should be removed in a salon. 4 days after getting it done it started peeling off on 4 nails! I went back to the salon and asked for my money back as what was supposed to last 3 weeks was ruined in 4 days. She refused to give me my money back, and accused me of peeling the Shellac off myself! I told her that I did not get what I had paid for and wanted a refund. She argued with me, and when another lady in the salon stood up for me and told the manager that I was correct and to do the right thing, she started arguing with her too! After 10 minutes of the most appalling customer service I have ever seen, she finally gave in and threw my money at me. I had to pick my refund up off the floor!! This nail salon offers poor work that is over priced, and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Save your money and your time...Go Elsewhere!!
