    Westview Cleaners review

    I've been going to them for years. The owners are very friendly and their quality is always excellent. I've recommended many coworkers and friends to them, and they have also become long-term patrons - many came and told me they wish they had found them sooner

    Great Place

    Been going here for about 6 years now. I am quite picky with drycleaners as my husband travels extensively for business. They always do a great job with his shirts and suits. Last week my cashmere sweater was heavily stained, and I thought it was ready to be trashed, but they took care of it for me and had it cleaned really well. Overall, they are reliable and deliver good cleaning, which is what I am looking for. The lady that manages the place is really sweet aswell. Price wise, quite reasonable.

    westview cleaners review

    I took my clothes here to get dry-cleaned for several months. For the most part service was great. One day I dropped of a bunch of shirts. I never really count them, just drop off and pick up. When I went to pick them up a week later they they were all nicely cleaned. However about 2 weeks later I realized that I was missing a shirt (a nice white $120 one). So after checking the house, work, and car many times I though, maybe for some reason they mixed things up at the dry cleaners. So I went back and to my excitement the shirt was there. However, after a close inspection of the shirt I saw several bluish-yellow blotches (one on the sleeve, one on the lower back and one other near the front centre). When I mentioned this to the owner, he said the stains where there before. For a second I thought, sure it's possible. However, I also have two other shirts with small stains that I took to them and for these , they would point out the stain upon returning the shirts to me and say that they weren't able to get the stains out. So why did the owner keep quiet about these stains, and why did they not return the shirt with the others and not say anything, and why are the stains in random places on the shirt. When I pleaded my case to the owner, he wouldn't have any of it, just kept saying its impossible for them to make the stains. Needles to say I found a new dry cleaner.
