We were told 9-10 hours for move and it turned into a 14 hour marathon. Three boys show up 1 1/2 hours late one driver who appeared to be the lead and two others with attitudes constantly undermining the lead.I had to tell them at both houses to put down walk mats and to be more careful numerous times.At the end of the move I had to help move piano, they broke furniture, scratched floors and decks and told us I had to assemble the furniture, they even hid a broken piece of a new couch. Horrible

Excellent service

I absolutely recommend this moving company, they were the best. Moving is a stressful time , but they made the move so much easier. The consultant was great. The moving crew were absolutely professional, efficient, nice. They were so careful it was amazing. They almost made moving fun .

Awful Do not use if you value your possesions!

We hired them to move us from Port Alberni to Victoria. They were extremely rough with all our boxes and furniture. My husband witnessed them standing on top of fragile boxes to reach the top of another pile! Every single piece of my large furniture pieces was damaged! Scrapes, dents, and broken pieces in boxes. I lost many vases, had to throw out or large professional shredder because it no longer worked (witnessed dropping), had to replace a ripped bike seat, just to name a few.... I felt extremely violated that I paid good money to some one who destroyed my hard earned possessions. We tried to discuss it with them on several occasions, we were passed around not returned calls and avoided! When we finally got answers they refused to do anything reasonable and didn't care that we were not satisfied! We completely felt that they had the upper hand and we just had to move on and NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone!!
