    Milka was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I had never dealt with a mortgage broker before and after working with her, I will never deal with a bank again. Milka was knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions and calls in a timely manner, allaying all my reservations and fears about the process of buying a home. She was professional, friendly and managed my requirements, negotiated my mortgage with a solution that fit my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Milka's services.

    Milka is an amazi...

    Milka is an amazing mortgage broker. She is quick, reliable, efficient, and she does whatever she can to help her clients. I never thought I would go through an independent broker, (don't know why I had this mind set) until I was referred by a friend, and I'm so happy I chose Milka. I wouldn't do it any other way now, and I will definitely refer her to anyone I know. Thanks Milka.
