Very crooked business/owner. Caused us a much stress and injustice. Delivery truck was 6 hrs. late. They refused to bring the product to our door and left a truckful of heavy boxes in front of the building. When we tried to return leftover, unopened boxes of product (originally told no problem), owner refused. Never gave a refund for the delivery fiasco either. Instead he just explained how he pays the driver more than we paid him. Save your $ and sanity - shop anywhere by here!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOVE THEIR COLLECTIONS INSIDE THE STORE AND FRIENDLY PERSON WHO I DEALT WITH (KAM). I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR INVENTORY AND ON TIME DELIVERY. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD COMPARED TO THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT I GOT AND THE COSTUMER CARE I RECEIVED FROM ACE TILE AND STONE.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TILE PLACE TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS SOMETHING "WOW" FOR THEIR PLACES.

We were just told that they did not have enough stock of our tiles despite numerous assurances that they had it in stock. A waste of my contractor's time and delaying our completion. We were promised they will come in Fri or Mon. I'll update if this is true or any other issues.

Terrible - i payd then found there is no product, wait 2 weeks, no product - run away

Absolutely terrib...

Absolutely terrible experience and HORRIBLE service. I was told a quote would be ready for me in 2 days. 10 days later, and after me calling the company probably 15 times, I was advised they couldn't get the product. Dealing with these guys is a waste of time. If they do have the product, I certainly wouldn't trust them for service !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
