    Terrible service....

    Terrible service. I saw many employees lounging around but no one would help. There was one person at the computer section but he spent an hour with one person who was just looking around. We asked for help a few times but were ignored. We knew what we wanted and just wanted to get it and pay for it and go....but we walked out without the item ...no service. No one was interested. So we are spending our $1000 elsewhere. Abysmal service.

    I came to Best Bu...

    I came to Best Buy to get a new phone, and left the store with no phone and wasted 2 hours sitting down and not being acknowledged. With the store closing at 9pm, around 7:30 (an hour of waiting) I was told that it would only take 15 more min, but at 8pm I decided to go up and ask again how long it would take, only to be told another 20 min. They did not even offer to call someone else to possibly help, and the only other guy who could help was "busy in the back" Worst customer service ever
