    Very disappointing customer service from Richmond

    Very disappointing customer service from Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd . After purchasing a used Town and Country for approx. $17,000 only 7 weeks ago I find myself with a car that needs full breaks front and back (roators, claipers and break pads) and a bill of just shy of $2000 (including tax). The report I received on the car at the time of purchase did not show the breaks would need to be replaced anytime soon. As my car was unsafe to drive I had to have it fixed where it lay. When I contacted this company regarding this they were not interested in talking with me at all. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and purchased from this dealer as I thought they could be trusted… I guess I was wrong. They were great a the time of purchase but I guess all they wanted was the money then wash their hands of the rest.

    Very Poor Service

    I recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Caravan February 3, 2013. I took vehicle to get oil change, fix heat and to fix sensor, I was asked if I knew about oil leak which I did not, apparently I signed something to the effect that there was this problem, which I was definitely not aware of. I would like to receive a copy of this report as there was no mention of this from Mustafa, also according to your purchase agreement it stated that vehicle was suitable for driving which it is not since I had to spend $4,000.00 to fix oxygen sensor, heat and oil leak, this should have been taken care of before I purchased. If car is under the warranty and even if it is not I would like to be reimbursed for this amount. Thank you.
