I had a horrible experience and will not return. I've been here three times because I DO like how my eyebrows and waxing look after. The problem is every time I've been here they try to sell me products. the first and second time I went it was laser. It didn't really bother me. I told about three people that I really liked this place but every one of them was not happy about how they tried to sell products and services. My older sister even cried because they asked her what was wrong with her face and did she have a problem of some sort. I was really surprised but I went again with my younger sister anyways, they tried to sell her eyebrow tinting and when it was my turn she asked me what was wrong with my face and what was my problem, the exact wording they used with my older sister. I got really upset and got up in the middle of getting my eyebrows done and paid for my sister and I with out finishing other services I wanted. Please be more considerate in the way you try to sell products telling someone they have a problem and "what's wrong with your face" is not the way to gain customer loyalty
