Great tires at a great price

I went here for a new set of tires on my Lexus IS250. These guys know tires from my Lexus Facebook Group, and they were the only ones willing to see me without a reservation, and took my car in within 30 seconds of me getting there! I barely had time to get out of the car! AK gave me a great deal on the tires which I needed for winter. Since then I took in my moms SC430, and my dads LS430 for tires as well.

Consumer beware, very questionable service. I have had a very bad experience in taking my vehicle to ABC Tireland and can only think there is no integrity in their operations.

I was completely disappointed with my visit. I went in to get a flat tire repaired and a power steering leak fixed. After being ignored for 10 minutes or so I was informed the tire was unrepairable. He sold me two used winters with 70% tread and said he would give me a better deal if I paid cash. Turns out the tires are no where close to 70% and not even winter rated, and because I paid cash I have no receipt to prove it. I am never returning to this company.

My initial experience buying my tires from Tireland was positive. I am happy with the tires and the service I received. However, when I recently had my tires rotated (service included with the original purchase) the technician and manager tried to sell me an expensive repair I did not need. Tireland insisted that because my CV joint was leaking, the entire driveshaft had to be replaced immediately. I took the car to my mechanic who replaced only the rubber boot at a small fraction of the cost.

Been buying tires...

Been buying tires from this company for over 30 years. I went in to remove a screw/patch the tire. Staff member looked at tire and said it unrepairable, I needed new tires, he told me that they were the wrong tires for the car. I said if they were the wrong tires, ABC Tireland, put them on as I had bought from them. He recanted that story by saying he had misidentified my car make. Skeptical, I took the car to another tire shop and they repaired the tire. I will never go to this company again.
