My sister’s 2017 TIGUAN with under 20kkm that she had to take for service inspection at Clarkdale because her strata mgtn told her car is leaking oil. See picture. I was at the hospital when she took it for service and told me the incident a month later as she did not want to stress me. BTW I maintain n service all our cars. She was told it just needs cleaning, tire rotation was offered as minimum charge is $400. When I inspected it no evidence of cleaning done. Later all tires 25 #s sensor lit.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Horrible customer service. They quoted me $2500 for an issue that was $900 at every other mechanic. They quoted me for break fluid when my break fluid was fine. They charged me one hour ($300) of service to tell me what was “wrong” with my car. Never go here.

High pressure sales, horrible customer service and incompetent mechanics. After $900 in service the problem was not fixed. They did miscellaneous work unrelated to the main issue after I specifically ask them not to, then tried charging me extra for it. I asked to keep the old parts but they said somehow the old parts went missing...They failed to resolve issue after keeping the car for over a week..?? In the end I took it to Rays auto in east van and he fixed the issue for $100 in 1 day.
