    Hillcrest repaire...

    Hillcrest repaired a broken water main to my house and left a major mess. Their man on the phone was abusive and threatening, the bill had no breakdown on costs. Stay away from Hillcrest. George

    Do not use this company. They install defective products and charge clients for repairs. Very poor customer service.
