    A Great Resource

    It's a pleasure to work with Shamira. She not only understands and accommodates a customers request but she is also very easy to deal with. She got us the best deal in a short amount of time!     Hard working and professional.

    Shamira got us the lowest rate available, and worked hard to get our application in under the wire before the rates went up. She went to bat for us a couple time through out the process and made the whole experience a smooth and painless one. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

    We saved thousands with Shamira

    We used Shamira to purchase a investment property in September 2013. Shamira was able to get us a lower rate than my bank (RBC) for the mortgage and saved me a FULL one percent on my line of credit. We will save thousands in interest every year. I couldn't be more pleased. I found Shamira very professional and knowledgeable. My financing for the investment property was very complex and she handled all the details. She answered all my questions and made sure the entire process went smoothly. The whole process was a very stress free expereince. I highly recommend Shamira.
