I called asking if they had a belt for my vac. I told them my model number and manufacturer. They said their computers are down. I ask when they expect them to be up. He gets mad at me. Tell me "the computers are always busy, i am not going to spend half an hour searching on a computer for a belt! So I say, "so the computers are working, you just dont want to take the time to look it up?" He says, do you know how many belts there are for a vacuume?

This store is amazing. They stock an incredible selection of vacuums and whats more they are able to tell you the benefits of each model you are considering. We purchased our last vacuum as the store brand of a major North American department store and were very disappointed as it slowly but surely started falling apart on us just out of warranty until it met its final demise less than 5 years after we bought it. Determined to not make the same mistake twice we headed out to the The All Vacuum Store and were guided to buying a terrific Miele machine. We were so happy with our purchase and experience that we guided friends and family to take their business here as well. The other great thing is that these guys also service what they sell and carry an incredible variety of spare parts and accessories should anything go missing or you need vacuum bags for a an older machine.
