I would highly recommend Vancouver Chimney Chief for any of your fireplace needs. We had a problem with smoke building up when the tenants above us were having a fire. He took the time to explain the problem to me (a new homeowner and landlord who knows nothing about fireplaces). He offered me solutions that were both budget friendly and those that were long term and energy efficient. I really appreciated that he said I could call if I had any issues with the fireplace.

Very pleased with this company and its chimney /dryer vent cleaning services. Nitin was punctual, efficient, informative, friendly, tidy and took respectful Covid safety precautions inside the house. What more could you ask for!

My chimney cap had come off and as a result water was leaking through the drywall even into the basement. It was Friday morning when I called and I didn't expect anyone to come out until Monday, but within 2 hours of my call they completed the repair for a very reasonable price. If I ever have any future chimney issues, I will only be calling the Vancouver Chimney Chief. Their service far exceeded my expectations, and they prices were very reasonable.

Fast, courteous service

I hired Chimney Chief to clean my chimney. I chose them because they were the only BBB accredited chimney sweep. The price for the service was fair. The staff were polite and courteous. I will be a repeat customer when I have to clean my chimney again!
