Fish Hair Salon

Worst customer service ever! Taylor did a hack job and very poor dye job on my hair. I phoned today to talk with the owner she was not polite nor apologized once but told me that I would get my money back. I ended up having to cut my once long hair to my chin:( the owner was rude and told me in so many words to get lost! Uhh like I would have returned anyways! You ruined my hair and then I got no remorse fit it. Sorry your hairdresser sucked but it’s not the customers fault!

I went in for a simple bang trim and the girl was able to give me a cut that was completely different than what I had described. I described a feathery cut that would sit slightly under my eyebrow and what I got was a choppy cut an inch shorter than what I had wanted and with an uneven spot in the centre. By far the worst hair experience ever. I would highly recommend you to try a different salon with COMPETENT hair dressers to prevent getting a hideous cut!

Poor business practice

After visiting this hair salon, I have to say that I was very disappointed in how the stylists treat their regular customers. They are simply priced way too high. The final straw was when I noticed an ad offering great discounts to ONLY their NEW clients. After paying high prices previously on several occasions I was blown away that they would not pass on this discount to their REGULAR customers. This is very bad business to treat regular clients this way.

Really nice salon

I have to say I was very impressed with my visit to Fish Salon. There was a very welcoming receptionist at the front who brought me tea while I waited. My stylist was super nice, great to talk to (very knowledgable) and I am very happy with my hair!

I love Fish Hair Salon!!

I have been coming to Fish for the past six years and have always been impressed with the amazing talent that is happening within the walls of the salon. I have always been welcomed by the receptionists with a huge smile and fast proffesional service, which has always made me feel like a part of the "fish family". During my last visit, I was treated to a hand and arm massage and a warm cup of tea - and that was just for starters! My haircut was immaculate (and I have ALOT of hair, haha) and the color was beautifully done. I can't stress how much I recommend this place - the atmosphere is so much fun and they always have great music playing.
