I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours. Emily

Absolutely horrible, was given the wrong oil and now my turbo may be ruined. Customer service did not care whatsoever and were very very rude. I have emailed customer service, but want everyone know to not go there. They are not knowledgeable and do not care if they damage vehicles.

I would like to express my satisfaction with this company. Gary at the Victoria location always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of automotive and marine repairs. All my dealings with Lordco and Gary have been excellent. Highly recommend Lordco for all auto and marine related parts. Never go here they are worst they overcharge and tell u tht uve allredy piked up a part tht they told u to get later tht day and prettymuch dont give customer any respect and wont refund

I went to this store in Victoria to get brake pads for my 68 Ranchero in which I picked up when. I got home to install they were missing mounting holes for pins and clips. they went to a lot of effort to find them. they text 32 stores in BC to locate a set in which they found and had them, in which they were correct. only one store responded. There is a manufacter defect. this is just a short vertion of the story. but many thanks to the two sale person, Gary & Phil who work on this. Thanks Brent
