Sexist manager and worst customer service.
So I get off work, wanting a good meal and decide to call. I order at 6:45pm. The girl was very nice on the phone and I explained my order and details. 7:30 I receive a call from New Foundland. I answer and ask who it is? Ask hello. No answer. Second time the person calls and no one is there. I call romeos and speak to the polite girl and she informs me he left.... I call back 7:45 and she tells me he is on his way. no Problem Around 8 the manager calls and yells at me and tells me he's been here twice and hangs up. I call back. The manager doesn't let me speak. He speaks to me as if he is sexist and begins to talk down to me, because females are clearly beneath him. I tell him I want to resolve this issue and ask him to stop being defensive and calm down due to his yelling. He hangs up after asking him how can we resolve this and move on from this. I call back. The nice girl answers and we discuss the issue and another gentleman answers who was very polite. They tell me the manager is Jeff. I don't know if the name is real but wow cannot believe this is the customer service I received because they tell me they cannot give me any information about the manager. All I want is for them to resolve this, clearly they cannot. I was told to come in and the food would be delivered. I will soon come in to speak to the manager or owner as per recommendation. The delivery guy comes at 8:20 and I try to ask him what happened. He says "I work two times a week and the charter of rights allows me to refuse your business".....I said "I've done nothing wrong, I want to find out why this has happened". He walks away and was very rude as well. Can't you just tell me why the phone you called on wasn't working or why my buzzer wasn't working.. I deserve some respect, I was the person calling trying to resolve this miscommunication..
