City Taxi

Refused to answer phone the three or four times I called. Called an hour before I needed to get bus to Halifax at Charlottetown bus terminal. Ended up ordering via Internet and got email back saying cab was on way. City Taxi showed up 30 minutes after I called. That is unacceptable.

City Taxi is the only company I will use, has friendly drivers who always do their best to get customers picked up in a timely fashion. Any driver Ive ever got is always great to answer any questions, or have a conversation with. Theyve added more phone lines so its easier to get through. Great prices and great staff

Worst taxi company I’ve ever used Their website is always down and they only have one line which no one ever answers but if they do answer they’re rude and shouldn’t be working in customer services The drivers always reek of smoke and often speed or blow through stop signs They’re always late and way over priced would not recommend to anyone !

I loce when a tax...

I loce when a taxi company only has one line and you are trying to get home at 11:30 but takes an a hour of calling and when it goes threw no one picks up. All around had to get someone I personally know to pick me up because I can justify competent

just wanna say how disappointed i am in city cab we take city every weekend twice and tonight i called 4 times got hung up on 3 times...... i know the festival is going on but we get u year round..... i will; be using another cab from now on
