I went in for service and I was so impressed with the knowledge of the advisor I was dealing with at the counter when I drove in. I had a problem that I brought to several shops before and they were not able to fix it and it cost me a lot of money. When I explained the problem and how it didn't happen all the time, the advisor asked me some questions and he said he thought he knew what the concern was. He said he would get the mechanic to check it out and confirm. I left the car for the day and I got a call and an email providing me all the information of what my concern was with pictures and even a video explaining what would resolve it! The price was right, I got in and out earlier than they said it would be done and the shuttle driver made the trip back and forth from the mall back to the dealership entertaining. What impresses me the most is that I bought the car elsewhere and they still treated me like first class.
