Poor Customer Service
Bought a very expensive product that was defective. Owner refused to give refund (tried to return it the next day, would have done it the same day if they were still open). Owner made a bunch of promises and said to send him an email with the list of defects. I sent the email and had no response, sent another email 2 weeks later which someone replied to saying it would be forwarded to the owner (why did he give me someone else's email?!) Another week has gone by, I just tried calling and was told he is too busy to speak to me. As it stands now, I live out of town and he has the product. Right now I have nothing but promises when I would prefer a working product or my money back. Maybe even a phone call or an email acknowledging me would be nice.
