    Don't waste your money. This company is interested in new sales - not repairs - and their customer service is very poor.

    Sales staff was reasonably knowledgeable of product. They did not actually have a unit in store to show me and let me try out functions. NOTE: They have a "it's in your door, NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES policy". So your $15000 purchases stink? Tough luck sucker. Would you tolerate such for a new car? No. And NO. Sorry guys, you lost your second chance and hopefully your first chance review reader.

    These guys are br...

    These guys are brutal. I spent 7k on a new Jennair combo microwave, oven and built in countertop grill/stovetop. The meat probe never worked from day one. They must have sent five techs out, each claiming the one before him didn't know what he was doing. It still, to this day, doesn't work, but I have given up trying, despite the fact my extended warranty is still good. Don't buy anything from these guys if you are expecting them to stand behind it.

    Never again

    I purchased extended warranty but the customer service clerks are so rude that I decided to deal with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they shot me back to Midland and the snotty clerk was annoyed that I let so much time lapse...not sure why that matters (I'm still covered) but she was down-right rude. I'll never step foot in there again.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIDLAND!!!

    Their motto is "#1 in customer service" this is NOT the case! I ordered a washing machine and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in........it took 5 weeks. Everytime I called they gave me the run around(even the managers) Long story short they lost the machine. After locating the machine I was told it would be delivered on a Saturday, and after waiting all day it never came. They never filed the paper work for the delivery driver. They set it up for Monday and it never came again.......finally it came on Tuesday. They refused to give me any sort of discount, but worst of all I did not even get an apology!!!!!! Terrible business people!!
