I used to love access transcona and reccomed it, but they have recently changed policy and now it is very difficult to see your doctor. The ladies at the front desk are very rude and do not care to help. At my last appointment I heard one talking about how immture the people are who miss appointments, however they do not give reminder calls. I feel that the workers at access transcona do not have any way of relating to the patients situaions, and simply do not care. This is unfortunate because I love my doctor there.
