we had discussed with finance team about paying off a loan weeks in advance and were told by them everything would be alright since we live in another province for my father to go in and pay. my father goes in is refused by every clerk trying to pay off our loan with cash we then call and explain they say its all ok he goes back in and is refused again. we will never recommend you to anyone.
