Very Poor Customer Service. Poor quality of the couches and way too expensive for the quality you get, We bought the furniture last year (dining set and couch) cancelled Dining set before it was delivered because they didn't have it in stock for so long, they still charged us for the everything and still hasn't refunded us. I've been in touch with so many associates, went to store 5 times Still not refunding, never going back.
