Rude Staff. Politely asked a staff member if they could turn on the heaters in rink 3 as it was colder than usual. She responded with “well what are you wearing under your jacket?” and “this rink is always cold so...” She proceeded to return back to the front and watch tv instead of attempting to turn them on.
